Your Job Description:
– Supervising and monitoring the execution of the given strategy in each department such as: creative, digital marketing, production, media, event, etc
– Making sure of the alignment of execution and strategy
– Making quick maneuver in new strategy that fits client’s need within given timeline
– Able to create quick new brief from sudden change in strategy implementation to meet new target
– Able to conduct a quick meeting, coordinate with teams across divisions, and manage to find the best way possible to maneuver without loosing the integrity of the main strategy
– Able to deliver result and hit the KPIs
– Understand how Advertising Agency works
– Understand how a campaign works
– Actively asking, seeking, and relating with the client in order to precisely know about the project’s details
– Able to create a good, logical, systematic flow of Powerpoint Presentation
– Able to sell your presentation and ideas to the client (not just giving info)
– Can multitask and lead several projects running on the same time
– Become the leader and go-to person in all assigned projects
– Feeding Head of Strategic Planner, Creative, and Digital with any useful insights about current situation of the project, and in the future
